In 2006, RPR helped to create an alliance between S.E.A. Enterprises, Inc., a retail clearinghouse, TK Services in Tecate, Mexico, for processing, Mandlik & Rhodes Information Systems, for reporting, and RPR for customer service and consulting.   Our mission was to reduce the chargebacks SEA’s retailers were experiencing, while providing a fully auditable program that complies with industry guidelines.

In 2008, S.E.A. developed their own systems and no longer use Mandlik & Rhodes.  RPR now provides customer service to both companies.

• Researching and challenging ALL chargebacks
• Provide monthly statistics and reports to our larger retailers
• Act as collection agent for all invoices not paid
• Provide recommendations to improve the overall process

Our mission has been a success, as both SEA and MRIS are continually adding new clients. This growth is due to our ethics and incentive. If our retailers aren't paid, we aren't either.
